| I have been involved full time in the travel industry since 1984 in the mountain resort town of Tahoe City, California, working in every aspect of the industry; adventure, leisure, corporate, honeymoon and extensive international itinerary coordination.
In 1993 I completed the CTC (certified travel consultant) program with ICTA. In 1995 I bought The Travel Agency and immediately began implementing many positive changes in office policy, vender relationships and affiliations. To serve the specific needs of my wildly diverse clientele, my firm has evolved into a deeply knowledgeable and adept company, and we have maintained a deep commitment and passion for this ever changing industry. As I have literally ‘grown up’ in this business and have experience in every form of it, my expertise has earned me my widely used and well known title “The Travel Expert”, though I view myself as an artist…..
